Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, symmetrical, rectangular-plan cottage made L-plan by addition. Sandstone rubble with harl pointing, sandstone margins; advanced eaves.

E (MAIN) ELEVATION: door at centre, 2-leaf boarded, letterbox fanlight, gable breaking above; flanking windows. Modern flat-roofed addition at rear.

Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings; coped sandstone ridge stacks, octagonal cans.
