Statement of Interest

B Group with adjacent View Holloa and nearby Ewart House (see separate list entries). Retains a degree of architectural interest despite its prominent garage entrance and general simplicity. Note the timber sash and case windows, small openings, boarded timber door, narrow fanlight and apex stacks. Here, interest lies both in the individual merit of the cottage and in its role within the surrounding streetscape.
