Later 19th century. Single storey, 6-bay cottage adjacent to kitchen garden (see separate list description). Whinstone; quoins; red sandstone doorpiece dressings; stop-chamfered reveals. Timber bracketed eaves; timber fretwork to gables.
SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: glazed timber doors to penultimate bays to left and right; 2 single windows to central gabled bays; bipartite windows to gabled bays to outer left and right.
NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2 single windows.
Plate glass and 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; coped ridge stacks; circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1999.
