Dated 1904. 2-storey, 6-bay, corner terrace of 3 houses with traditional Scottish references in an Arts and Crafts manner. Narrow stugged ashlar bands with polished dressings, roughly squared snecked rubble to rear. Crowsteps; crenellated canted windows; semicircular-pedimented windowheads; stone mullions.
W (CHURCH AVENUE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical. Full-height canted tripartite in bay to left of centre (1st floor window modern) with door immediately to right at ground and window beyond, these 2 bays each with small single pedimented window breaking eaves above (that to left modern); broader crowstepped bay to outer right with single window to ground and bipartite above, dominant stack piercing gable at outer angle; penultimate bay to left with tripartite to each floor, and further window to each floor at outer left, that to 1st floor pedimented as above, further stack rising from outer angle.
S (STATION ROAD) ELEVATION: 2-leaf part-glazed timber door to centre with canted tripartite in bay to right with bipartite and crowstepped gable above, stack to outer right with small window in low crowstepped bay beyond; single window to each floor at left, that to 1st floor pedimented.
N ELEVATION: small original piended porch to centre at ground with door on return to right and small window at 1st floor.
E (REAR) ELEVATION: stepped piended elevation with variety of elements including casement window to 1st floor right and 3 satellite dishes.
Small-pane over plate glass glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with full complement of cans. Ashlar-coped skews with moulded skewputts. Overhanging eaves.
GATEPIER, BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: pyramidally-coped, square-section ashlar gatepier with low saddleback coped boundary walls and inset ironwork railings. Brick boundary walls to N.
