History

C18, remodelled in C19 and C20 including reinstatement of 2nd floor sash.

Exterior

Small shop with accommodation above. Walls of stone rubble rendered with roughcast; machine-tile roof with large ridge stack behind plain cornice. Three storeys. Single window range, 16-pane sash to top floor, triple-light segmental bow with narrower side-lights on first floor. Plate glass shop front with recessed door to left; doorway to flat above at right.
