To the Glory of God and in Loving memory of David Edward Williams for seven years rector of this parish. Born 21st Jul 1847 d.23rd Mar 1920. King David is bearded and wears a crown. His mantle is green with a gold lining. He carries a staff topped with perhaps a lions head. A dove perches on his shoulder. The Archangel Michael, depicted as a young man in armour, winged, with the sword of truth and a pair of wighing scales. His robe is gold with a purple lining. (Photo Oct 2010).
