To David Edward Williams, a Reader of St Davids Cathedral c1912 - 1920. St Teilo is depicted as a young preaching bishop, St Govan as a bearded preaching hermit in brown. Above are the Arms of Exeter College Oxford, which Williams attended: Argent, two bends nebuly sable (arms of Stapledon, the founder) within a bordure of the last charged with eight pairs of keys, addorsed and interlaced in the rings, the wards upwards, or.
