Early to mid C19.
Three storeys, three-window stuccoed facade to The Watton. Slate roof with projecting eaves. On second floor, a 12-pane sash window (4 panes over 8) to L; in the centre, a two-light casement; to R sash window with 6 panes. On first floor, three 4-pane sash windows In centre bay on ground floor, round-headed and pedimented doorcase with pilasters, semi-circular fanlight with radiating tracery and four-panelled door; to left of it, a panelled door with top four panels glazed. Sash window with 16 panes in left hand ground floor bay. Right hand part of ground floor facade with a transomed window with engraved glass "Smoke Room", and a modern window at right hand end.
