3-storey structure with part coursed rubble elevations; 2-windows to Lion Street and 3-windows to High Town, with rounded angle between. Slate and rubble chimney stack. Mostly small pane sash windows, 1 blocked to front and 3 blocked to side elevation; freestone cills and lintels to all windows, one with drip mould. Modern shop window in older opening, beside half glazed door to main entrance. Boarded doors to centre of side elevation. Rubble wall continues to right under the roughcast upper floor of No 5 High Town; side access beyond to rear yard.
