History

Probably built c1830 (and certainly in existence by 1840) as an estate cottage for Llwynderw Hall - possibly remodelling an earlier building.

Exterior

Brick (rendered to side elevation) with slate roof and gable end stack; axial stack on side of rear wing. 2 storeys, 2-unit plan with central entrance. Door in wooden porch with open chamfered panels, trelliswork and projecting cornice. Flanking 3-light iron casement windows with cambered brick heads. Upper windows are 2-light small-paned iron casements. Similar windows in rear wing.
