History

Early C19, Georgian.

Exterior

3 storey, 2 window front. Convex curve to corner. Painted Flemish bond brick. Slate roof, hipped to Kerry Road. Deep boarded eaves. Brick end stacks, new caps.
Shallow 8 pane sashes to 2nd floor windows. 16 pane sashes to 1st floor and ground floor left. Gauged brick voussoirs, plain reveals, stone sills. Later C19 bar room window. Plain pilasters, crested cornice on consoles swept around curved corner. 3 light window to front, 2 light to side. Gabled hood on brackets to doorcase, modern door, stone steps.

Upper storeys slate hung in diminishing courses to Kerry Road. 12 pane sash windows to 1st and ground floors. Later wing adjoining.
