2 storey, 3 window. Light box framing, tall panels brick nogged with scantling. English garden wall bond brick end walls. Gently pitched slate roof, later bargeboards, deep eaves. Brick stacks to centre and left end.
Iron central opening light to 3 light casement wood windows on front elevation. Panelled door. Cambered header arch to doorway in right end.
Later brick outshut to rear, lean-to roof, part slate/part abestos. 2 light small paned casement windows, iron cames.
