History

Ca 1835 National School enlarged at W end in 1868 and converted to domestic dwelling in 1896.

Exterior

Single storey, rubble stone, squared quoins, slate roof, two brick ridge stacks. Three-light stone lancet window of 1834 (from church) in east gable with modern glazing except for leaded panes in the top sections. Two further stone windows reset from Llandysilio old church in 1868; front right, three-light mullion with rounded heads; rear, two-light with cusped and quatrefoil tracery. Other windows and front door - modern. Two blocked doors with timber lintels to rear right.

Interior

Partly boxed-in trusses of former open school room, two (inserted) brick fireplaces.
