C18, two storeys, coursed rubble stone, overpainted; stone tile roof, large external gable end stack, rubble stone with offsets and new brick upper. Ground floor openings under cambered voussoir heads. Part-glazed, boarded front door, small-paned casement windows to right. First-floor windows set under eaves, both have iron casements in timber frames with original leaded glazing, swan-neck pulls and scrolled catches.
