History

Dated 1797.

Exterior

Georgian 3-storey, 3-window rendered front, slightly advanced from flanking 2-storey lean-to's, with outbuildings forward to left and (modern) right. Slate roof, cornice with diagonally set bricks, rubble and chimney stacks. Casement windows to 2nd floor, sash windows below and to lean-to. Arched entrance and scribed panelled door below plaque which reads: "This House and offices were erected by G P Watkins Esq.
Anno Domini 1797".

Rendered 2-storey, 5-window rear with small-pane glazed sash windows and further lower whitewashed rubble lean-to on S end.
