Earlier C19 terraced house. Building shown in this location on tithe map of 1844.
Terraced house, exposed stone rubble with imitation slate roof and shared rendered end stacks. Two storey 3 window range with 4 pane sash windows throughout. Central doorway with C20 door. Ground floor openings with brick voussoirs. Traces of colourwash mentioned in 1978 listing remain, and grouted slate roof has been replaced since then.
Included as an earlier C19 terraced house typical of lower Fishguard.
