Earlier C19 terraced house. Building shown on this site on 1844 tithe map. Facade altered before 1978 listing.
Terraced house, roughcast cladding with imitation slate roof and shared brick end stacks. One-and-a-half storey 3-window range, with 3 late C20 casement upper windows projecting into roof with flat tops. On ground floor, large 3-light window with top lights to left and plate glass sash window to right of central doorway. Late C20 half-glazed door. Narrow raised plinth.
Included despite alterations for group value with other houses in terrace, on main road into Fishguard.
