Terrace of 14 town houses, now offices. c1840, restored late
C20. Red brick, with painted stucco dressings and slate roofs
with 12 ridge stacks.
Plinth, sill bands to upper floors, rendered coped parapet. 3
storeys; 28 window range, arranged 4:8:4:8:4. Windows are
mainly original margin light sashes with wedge lintels.
Projecting centre and end pavilions have paired stucco
doorcases with flat hoods on brackets, flanked by canted bay
windows with dentillated eaves. Wings, 8 bays, have similar
doorcases alternating with sashes. Original 4-panel doors
throughout. Upper floors have regular fenestration with
smaller second floor windows.
No.110, at the south end, is an addition to the terrace, set
at right angles. 3 storeys plus garrets; 3 bays. Pedimented
gable with canted bay window, 2 storeys, flanked to right by
stucco doorcase with hood on brackets. Projecting wing to
right. Left return, to Mansfield Road, has a single window on
each floor.
