(Formerly listed as Outbuilding about 30 yards west of Uphampton House)

Outbuilding, possibly a former granary. Late C18. Brick with sandstone ashlar dressings, dressed sandstone plinth, plain tiled roof, parapets with kneelers at gable ends. Single storey, attic and basement, dentilled eaves cornice; sandstone quoins at east corners. Main east elevation facing house: rectangular window opening with cambered head and moulded stone keyblock, ledged and battened door and external stone steps to additional upper floor door; both doors have cambered heads, also openings into basement area. Attic lights in gable ends.
