Farmhouse. Late C16 with additions and alterations. Rendered rubble on
boulder plinth. Welsh slate roof with 3 diagonally-set stacks to mid chimney
and tapered cylindrical stack to end chimney, all slobbered rubble. 2 storeys,
4 bays; stair projection and outshut to rear. Plank inner door in gabled
porch with side benches; single window to right, 2 to left and 3 above, all
casements with glazing bars. 3 roof lights. Some 2-light chamfered mullioned
windows to rear. Intertor: Some original chamfered beams carried on corbels
in sitting room which has C17 bracketed fireplace with corniced lintel and
bressumer beam; kitchen retains original stop-chamfered beams and joists
with remains of beehive bread oven in inglenook fireplace.
