Part of circa 1810 Terrace similar to No 3 . Altered. 2 window 3 storey
stucco front. Cornice and parapet. Mansard slate roof. 2 dormers.
Recessed sashes 2nd floor. French windows lst floor with fretted blind
cases. Similar Tuscan verandah in front of ground floor with later turned
balustrade above as balcony to 1st floor. Ground floor also rusticated,
2 windows with glazing bars to upper sashes, flat arches with incised
voussoirs. The door has been replaced by a coated bay window with moulded
cornice. Wooden balustrade between verandah columns.

Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
