Part of circa 1810 terrace. Some alterations. 3 window 3 storey and
basement symmetrical stucco front. No cornice, parapet with coping.
Mansard slate roof. 3 dormers. Recessed sashes glazing bars intact.
The outer ones full length on 1st floor giving on to iron balcony. Later
C19 canopy with serpentine fretted eaves and turned wooden supports.
Ground floor verandah with twisted slender iron supports. Ground floor
windows and door in arched recesses. Round headed sashes glazing bars
intact with marginal glazing. Central entrance with panelled door and
semi-circular fanlight. Victorian iron balustrade between verandah
supports.
Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
