Circa 1911. Similar date to Nos 8, 9 and 10 York Terrace. Designed to
complete terrace composition, balancing Royal York Hotel at beginning.
3 storeys red brick. Moulded cornice swept up in centre, parapet with
coping. 3 windows, the outer ones in flanking 3 storey bows with 6-light
casements, the centre light on 1st floor in each case being a French case-
ment. Central tent-roofed stucco rectangular bay with large round headed
window flanked by pilasters with architrave and keystone. Balcony either
side to 1st floor and verandah ground floor, with wooden balustrades and
trellis supports. Projecting double entrance bay.
Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
