Part of circa 1810 terrace. 2 window 3 storey rendered front. No cornice,
parapet with coping. Mansard slate roof. 2 dormers glazing bars intact.
Recessed sashes glazing bars intact, full length 1st floor, flat arches.
Ground floor verandah with slender reeded cast iron supports. 1st floor
balcony with geometric iron balustrade but no canopy. Door of 4 moulded
panels. Semi-circular fanlight. Basement with 2 windows. Victorian
iron balustrade between verandah supports.

Nos 1 to 12 (consec) form a group.
