GV Thorpe Cottage

House. Mid-C18, restored and enlarged c1980. Rubble limestone with sandstone
dressings. Plain tile roofs with two brick gable end stacks. Two storeys.
L-plan. West elevation - double fronted, central doorway with moulded stone
surround, frieze and cornice. Six-panelled door, the top panels glazed. Flanked
on each side by top hung casements in imitation of glazing bar sashes, with
moulded stone surrounds. Two similar windows above. Moulded eaves cornice.
