Cottage. C18, whitewashed shale rubble ground floor, with cob above, timber
lintels, thatched roof and brick chimneys over gable walls. 2 room plan. 2 storey
2 windows. Central doorway with C20 ten paned glazed door. Windows are 2 light 16
panes of bottle end crown glass. Good cob texture particularly to east gable.
Interior is simple with fireplaces to both ground floor rooms, slightly left of
centre straight flight stair to landing with 2 steps to left and right first floor
rooms. Nailed roof structure.
