House. Later C19 exterior, possible older core. White brick;
steeply pitched slate roof with a wood modillion eaves
cornice.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3 window range: sashes in plain reveals
without glazing bars; cement flat arches to the ground storey.
A central 6-panel door with a plain rectangular fanlight has a
doorcase with pilasters, frieze and cornice. A side door has a
semicircular brick surround with cemented head. An internal
chimney-stack with corbelled head has 2 ornate fluted and
starred chimney-pots.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
