House. Mid C19, slightly altered. Coursed squared kinds with granite quoins and
dressings, slate roof. Rectangular double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays,
symmetrical; 1st floor sill-band; central doorway with modern wooden architrave
applied to original quoins and lintel, panelled reveal and recessed panelled door;
12-pane sashed windows with quoined jambs and rectangular lintels scored in
imitation of voussoirs. Hipped roof with side-wall chimneys. Attached at the
right-hand end of the facade is a 2-storey screen wall which has a brick-arched
coved niche at ground floor, and an embattled parapet. Screen wall at left end
with arched doorway, boarded lean-to behind this. Sides, rear, and interior not
inspected.
