GV II
House. Circa early C18. Rendered and painted stone rubble and cob. Rag slate roof
with gable ends. Stone rubble stack in right hand gable end with brick stack heating
left hand room of rear outshot.
2 room and cross passage plan, probably with larger kitchen on right and smaller room
on left both heated by gable end stacks. Circa late C18 outshot added across rear
probably with kitchen on left, heated by end stack and dairy on right.
2 storeys, asymmetrical two window front. Ground floor; circa C19 4-pane sash on
left, partly glazed C20 door to left of centre and wide C19 2-light horizontal
sliding sash of 8 panes to right. First floor; two circa C19 4 pane sashes.
Interior C18 2-panel door in left hand room with C20 grate. Interior not accessible
at time of inspection.
