7/33 The Glen
GV II

House. Circa late C16 or early C17 remodelled in mid to late C20. Rendered and
painted stone rubble and cob. Rag slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble stack on
left hand gable end with circa late C16 or early C17 moulded granite cap.
One room plan with blocked entrance on front right. Turretted stair in rear wall on
right removed during C20 alterations. Possibly remains of much larger house which
probably continued to right.
2 storeys. Regular 2-window front with circa early C20 2-light casements on ground
and first floor. Late C20 range to rear, rendered with slate roof with gable ends.
Interior remodelled in late C20. Roof timbers not inspected.
