GV II
House and shop, converted into one house. Circa mid C19. Slate-stone rubble. Slate
roof with hipped end to front and lower range on left with gable ends.
Range on right of double depth plan with central entrance. Two reception rooms on
front, probably with two smaller service rooms to rear. Range on left previously shop
of single depth plan with entrance on right.
2 storeys. Right hand range symmetrical two-window front with brick segmental arches
to openings and complete C19 fenestration. Partly glazed C20 door with 12-pane sashes
on ground and first floor. Range to left with bay window on left, part glazed C20
door to right and sash window on first floor.
Interior not inspected.
Exteriors unaltered in picturesque village of Boscastle.
