School, now private house and Post Office. 1835, closed as school in 1960.
Painted rendered walls, with V-jointed sandstone quoins, on chamfered plinth.
Graduated hipped slate roof with stone and rendered chimney stacks. 1½ storeys,
2 bays (built on slope). 2 plank doors in alternate-block sandstone surrounds
under keyed friezes. Large central window with glazing bars, radial in
round head. Sash windows with glazing bars in sandstone surrounds to extreme
left and right. Rear has 2 similar large round-headed windows.
