Inscription tablet: Sacred to the memory of Philip Sherard Fifth Earl of Harborough Baron Sherard of Harborough, county of Leicester and Baron of Leitrim, in Ireland, son of Robert, the Fourth Earl, and Jane, daughter of William Reeve, Esquire of Melton Mowbray county of Leicester. Born October 10th 1767, Died December 10th 1807. Also of Eleanor, his wife, daughter of the Hon John Monckton, of Fineshade, co of Northampton, Born January 7th 1770, Died October 9th 1809.
