Town house now shop/office. C16 or early C17. Timber-frame
with brick infill, on rubble plinth; tile roof, half-hipped to
end, with brick cross-axial stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. No.15 has entrance to left end with C20 glazed
door, window to right has C20 small-paned glazing; No.16 has
C20 entrance, and glazing between wall posts. 1st floor has
window to No.15 with 2-light small-paned casement with iron
opening casement and 2 square lights to left, one to right;
No.16 has similar 2-light casement and square light to right.
Right return has brick wall, retaining upper part of wall post
to right, and timber-framed gable with small-paned casement.
Rear has 2 hipped-gabled wings and large stack; varied
fenestration. INTERIOR has exposed timber-framing and beams.
