Pair of semi-detached cottages in row. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, 1+1-windowed. 12-pane sashes, to segmental brick heads at ground floor, no cills. C20 door left, and 4-panel C19 flush door to right. Large square brick stack below ridge front and back slopes. Straight joints in brickwork each side of property. At the back, No.25 has a C20 dormer, and No.26 a C19 four-light flat-roofed dormer and C20 casements. One of a good group of early artisan housing associated with the former stocking factory, now Nos 1-16 North East Terrace (qv).
