Terrace of 3 cottages at street intersection. Mid C19. Flemish
bond brickwork, slate roof, brick stacks.
3 storeys, 1+1+1-windowed. Double-depth plan. 6 above 12-pane
sashes (replacement sash to 22) to splayed V-joint lintels,
stooled stone cills. C20 doors to splayed V-joint lintels,
lower than adjacent window heads. Blue brick damp-proof
course, moulded brick eaves dentil course, 2 brick stacks.
Plain return, left with 2 inserted lights at ground floor.
Back has 6 above 12-pane sashes, but replacements to No.22,
also large square stack on back roof slope.
Part of a group of workers' cottages associated with the
former vigorous stocking-weaving industry in Tewkesbury, and
holding an important corner position in the group.
