Schoolroom, now used as store. Datestone 1866. Dressed Killas brought to course, with granite dressings; dry Delabole slate roof with open pediment at the front; cast-iron ogee gutters to return wall. Rectangular plan with entrance front onto Union Place. Classical style. Nearly symmetrical 2-storey 1:1:1-bay front. Lintel over panelled door into left-hand bay; giant order of pilasters rise to broken pediment; central bay has large 3-light transomed window rising under a moulded round arch within the open pediment; other windows are original hornless sashes with 6-panes over one pane (glazing bars removed). Original 12-pane sashes to right-hand return. INTERIOR not inspected.
