of Royal Wolverhampton School

Steps and urns. 1864. Ashlar. 3 steps with urn on plinth at
each end. Plinths have cartouches to front and back with
initials: MR; consoles to sides; deep moulded caps support
shallow urns with acanthus enrichment. Fountain commemorates
Mary Rogers, wife of one of the directors of the orphanage,
who was noted for her charity to the orphans.
