Mid C19 cottage. Stucco, joint-lined. 2 storeys. 2 sash windows, without
glazing bars, rusticated architraves. Central door with narrow rectangular
fanlight. Slate roof. Included for group value only.

All the listed buildings in The Cliff form a good group on the north side
of the harbour.
