development of the Calthorpe Estate C1825-30. Two storeys stucco faced
3 bays with entrance bay extending at south end. Two bay extension to north
originally one storey heightened very sympathetically to 2 storeys C1940.
Hipped slate roof with soffit eaves on shallow panelled brackets. Corniced

windows, in plain stucco surrounds. Canted tent roof bay window to left hand.
The porch is set in the south end of the villa, Doric columns in antis and

Regency character set in spacious grounds at the end of the lane running
east between Nos 61 and 63 Wellington Road.
