Late C18 house of 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows on 1st floor and 3 on ground
floor. Mansard roof of large slates has 3 square dormers with early C19 casements.
Multicoloured stock brick with parapet. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed
sash windows with glazing bars (those on 1st floor replaced) in stucco-lined
reveals. Cast iron guard to right 1st floor window. Ground floor right window
a late C19 3-light sash.
One step to 4-panel door, in panelled reveal, with cornice head and patterned
rectangular fanlight. Prostyle, quasi-Doric porch has frieze with guttae and
central rosette, cornice and blocking course.

Nos 30 to 38 (even) form a group.
