front area wall,
bounding lane

Small villa. c 1840. Grey stone ashlar walls. Slate roof of low pitch,
hipped. 2-brick stacks, one at rear wall, one at left hand wall. 2 storeys.
3 windows, renewed 2 light casements. Renewed wood cills. Window-heads with
voussoirs. Front door at centre, wood with 4 glass panels. Front area walls
run for 30 metres along lane, squared rubble-stone with shaped coping stones
above a string of thin stones.
