Yellow brick, colourwashed over tarred brick plinth, hipped old tile roof, colourwashed brick chimney at left hand, yellow brick chimneys at rear. Ground and first floors facing Watton Road, 2 nearly flush set sash windows with glazing bars. C20 lean-to porch with old tiled roof right of centre. Frontage to Park Road has 1 first floor flush set sash window at left with glazing bars, and 2 blank recesses, ground floor 1 large sash window, with glazing bars at left centre, 1 C20 fixed casement, and blank recess. Mid C20 single storey flat roofed extensions, not of interest, along Watton Road frontage. (Ware 25" to 1 Mile. Surveyed by the Ordnance Survey Department: 1851-).
