Barn and stable. Early C19. Tall, wide span, timber frame barn,
weatherboarded with gabled, low pitched, slate roof. Barn lies
N-S and has lower E-W timber frame, weatherboarded stable range,
with pitched slate roof, across its S end and stable doors on N.
7-bay barn with double doors central on W. King post roof with
iron straps. Sawn softwood framing of large scantlings. Small
wooden casement windows inserted. An interesting structure, well
preserved. Form a group with The Bury. Included for
group value.
