Barn. C17. Tall, 5 bay single-aisled,facing E. Timber frame
weatherboarded on red brick sill in English bond. Steep gabled
roof continued over W aisle now covered in corrugated iron.
Middle bay wider, with double doors to E and low doors in rear
wall of aisle. Swept jowled posts, curved braces to arcade plate
and long curved braces to tie beams. Queen strut clasped purlin
roof without collars. Light rafters for thatch. Central post in
end walls and mid-height rails tennoned in line. Part of group
at Clintons manor.
