Barn and implement shed, C17 barn, C18/C19 shed adjoining on E.
Tall 5 bay barn facing S. Timber-frame weatherboarded on red
brick base. Steep gabled roof now covered in corrugated iron.
Opposed double doors in central bay, now blocked on S. Heavy
principal rafters with 2 butt-jointed purlins to each slope with
joints staggered. Collar just above top purlin. Long queen
struts and long curved braces to tie beams from wall-posts.
Short curved braces to wall plate each side of door opening.
Interior now filled by corn silos. Lower, 3-bay open-fronted
shed adjoins barn on E and faces S. Timberframe weatherboarded
and steep gabled roof. Some brick walling in rear wall. Part of
group at Clintons manor.
