Early C19 terrace, altered. Tile roof with brick ridgestacks. Stucco front with
cornice and blocking course. Cill-strings. Architraved sash windows with glazing
bars; Nos 21, 23 and 23A with console bracketted cornices to lst floor and altered
ground floor openings. No 25, segmental-arched entrance approached by steps.
The building is shown substantially in its present form in a print of circa 1825.
