Semi-detached villas. c1830, Portland Estate St John's Wood villa development.
Stock brick with stuccoed basement and stucco dressings; slate roof.
Italianate-Grecian. 2 storeys on basement. Each 2 windows wide with narrower
outer entrance bays. Pilastered doorways approached by steps. Ground floor
tripartite sashes in architraves with cornices. 1st floor windows framed by
pilasters. Plat band over basement; 1st floor sill course; flat eaves to low
pitch hipped roof. Corniced centre chimney stack. Similar villa type to the
adjoining Eyre Estate.
