Small house. Early C18, altered C19. Coursed marlstone rubble; plain-tile roof
with brick gable stacks. 2-unit central-stair plan with outbuilding range. 2
storeys. Regular 2-window front has a central doorway in a C20 porch and has
2-light casements at both floors, the lower windows with segmental arches.
Outbuilding to right has a doorway and window with similar arches. Rear of house
has further casements, some altered, and retains traces of an earlier stair
window. Interior: Large blocked fireplace; stop-chamfered beans. Included for
group value.
