Slate headstone to Leonard Russell d. 25th Jul 1755 age 50. Epitaph -GReat God I own thy sentence just/ And Nature must decay/ I yield my Body to the Dust/ To dwell with Fellow clay/ Truth may tiumph oer the Grave/ ( )le on the Tombs/ ( the Rede)emer lives/ (eg The Day of Judgment Comes)-. Partly submerged admonitory verse similar to his brother. (Photo Apr 2014).
